What is a Log Book Service?

A log book service is just a service that we follow from your log book depending on how many kilometres are on your vehicle to tell us what your vehicle may or may not need.

Why do I need a log book service?

A log book service is pretty much just an occasional service for every 1 0,000kms but it has perks to it, for example if you wanted to trade your car into a dealership for a new car they would like you to have your service booked filled out or they won't take the vehicle or if something failed on your car like your gearbox for example and your car was still under warranty they like to see if the car was being looked after for them to go ahead with your warranty repair so its a good idea to always get your log book filled out when you get a service done.

What happens if I miss a Service?

If you miss a service it could possibly void warranty depending on the warranty you have or the amount of services you miss.

Do you have Loan cars and how much do they cost?

No we don't have loan cars.

Will I lose my New Car Warranty if I don't go back to the dealer?

Depending on the warranty you have, if you have standard warranty than no you can go elsewhere and not void warranty but if you have extended warranty or capped price servicing and you go elsewhere than yes you lose your warranty.

I have lost my Log Book, do I need it?

If you have lost your log book we can supply you with a log book but if your not worried about your warranty or if it's an older car with high km's on it then no you don't really need it.

Do you provide Digital reports for the work you have done?

You will recieve a tax invoice which shows all the work we have done to your vehicle on the day.

Do you provide Digital reports of what's wrong with my car?

If there is anything wrong with your vehicle we put it on your tax invoice.

How long will the service take?

A log book service on a 2 wheel drive car that's not European it should take about an hour and fifteen minuets but if it's a 4wd or a European car it takes about an hour and forty five minuets

How much will my service cost?

Depending on the vehicle, so if you have a toyota camry it's a pretty simple job and they don't take special oils or filters so the price is pretty cheap for parts on this vehicle, so for a service on a camry or cars similar to a camry it's around $280 - $300.
